(1) Vendor needs to provide criteria architect services for personnel access portal project to the government authority located in Sacramento, CA. – The facility will serve as a central hub for 24/7 security operations, controlled access, and technical support functions essential to protecting sensitive onsite infrastructure.– The site will also include critical supporting infrastructure such as emergency generators, redundant utility feeds, secure staff parking, and improved site circulation. – Provide professional architectural and engineering design, as a Criteria Architect/Engineer/ Threat and Vulnerability Risk Assessment during the performance criteria, design, and construction phases of the project and other services.– To the extent that the Proposer can control, the proposed project team will stay consistent throughout the duration of the Project. – Project Meetings Shall be held predominately at agency headquarters off 65th street for Criteria phase of Project. (2) A pre–bid conference will be held on August 26, 2026.
