(1) Vendor needs to provide food and beverage consulting services to the government authority located in Del Mar, CA.– Provide the greatest long–term value to the district while maintaining high standards of food quality, hospitality, and guest service.– Long–term food and beverage operator responsible for providing food, beverage, catering, concessions, and hospitality services.– Assessment shall evaluate the effectiveness of the current operating model, financial performance, operational efficiency, guest experience, risks, and opportunities for improvement.– Equipment, supplies, and asset management assessment.– Allocation of responsibilities between the venue and operator.– Capital investment, maintenance, repair, and replacement responsibilities.– Business model analysis.– Financial, operational, contractual, procurement, and implementation risks.– Operator compensation and revenue–sharing methodology.– Identify capital investments necessary to support the recommended operating model, including equipment, kitchen and concession improvements, storage, technology, facilities, and other operational infrastructure.– Food and beverage operations process and procedures.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than September 3,2026.(3) A non–mandatory pre–bid site tour will be held on August 27, 2026.
