CONS-21958 - USA (Newark, New Jersey) - Subregional Engineering Assistance Program Services - Deadline September 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide subregional engineering assistance program (SEAP) services to the government authority located in Newark, NJ.– Responsible for administering the consultant contracts and providing oversight of all projects to be developed under the SEAP.– Provide professional surveying, engineering, design, environmental, ROW documentation and permitting services.– Perform field survey to collect existing data, including sidewalks, curbs, buildings and all potential objects and structures (i.e., benches, poles, cabinet boxes, trees etc.) that could impact design.– Utility coordination.– Traffic analysis.– Soil erosion and sediment control plans.– Signing and striping plans.– Project management and coordination.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 16,2026.(3) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 9, 2026.
