Floor Deep Cleaning Services, Continuing Service

Leon County is seeking the services of qualified contractors for deep cleaning of floors at County Facilities. Floor surfaces include but are not limited to carpet, tiles, wood, etc. Work will be assigned based on capabilities, punctuality, ability to complete work on time, and past performance. An evaluation of each performance shall be completed and maintained by the Facilities Management Division on most jobs completed. Leon County reserves the right to be the sole evaluator of work performance, quality, and completeness of work in a timely manner for any work assignments. It is the intent of the County to award agreements to multiple bidders or in a fashion best suited to serve Leon County.
