Seeking bid proposals for the following: 1) Approximately 2 switches (Extreme Networks 4120-48P-8XE or equivalent). 2) Approximately 2 power cords for the above switches (Extreme Networks 10099 or equivalent). 3) Approximately 2 licenses for the above switches (Extreme Networks XCIQ-PT053-C-EW-5YK12 or equivalent). 4) Approximately 10 wireless access points (Extreme Networks AP4000-1-WW or equivalent). 5) Approximately 10 licenses for the above wireless access points (Extreme Networks XCIQ-PT053-C-EW-5YK12 or equivalent). 6) Approximately 100 Cat6 copper patch cords (color-coded by equipment). 7) Approximately 8 UPS units, each with a minimum capacity of 1350W / 1500 VA. All proposed products must include network cards and lithium-ion batteries. 8) Approximately 20, 10GBASE-T SFP to RJ45 modules (100m; Cat5e). 9) Approximately 4, 25GBASE-LR SFP28 transceiver modules (25Gb; 10km; SMF; SFP28; LC). For hardware requests: All components essential to operation and functionality are to be included. For licensing requests: For each proposed product, please identify the appropriate Service Type(s) under which it is E-Rate eligible. If any proposed product includes portions categorized under multiple Service Types, please separately identify the cost associated with each. All proposed products must be compatible with existing district infrastructure. All bid proposals must include applicable freight fees, shipping and handling charges, taxes, and surcharges. All questions and bid proposals are to be submitted via e-mail to the Technical Contact listed on the FCC Form 470 application. Spam and/or robotic responses will not be considered valid bid proposals and will therefore be disqualified from consideration. Potential bidders are reminded of the E-Rate program requirement to provide the Lowest Corresponding Price (LCP) to E-Rate applicants.
