(1) Vendor needs to provide strategy execution and performance management platform.– Provide a strategy execution and performance management software platform solution.– Manage multiple, distinct plans in one system (strategic plan, Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), CHIP, QI plan, performance management plan, and program/grant initiatives). – Support ongoing reaccreditation cycles and annual reporting after initial accreditation. – Support manual data entry and import of data. – Track performance at the division and organizational level; the platform is not intended for individual personnel or HR performance evaluation. – Provide quick search and retrieval of attached materials. – Support versioning of, or links to, current files while existing systems (Google Drive) remain the systems of record. – Deliver notifications by email. – Provide configurable dashboards and visualizations of plans and performance. – Optionally provide a public–facing dashboard or report–sharing capability. – Support multiple concurrent users and collaboration features such as comments and updates. – Provide AI–assisted features such as automated summaries, narrative drafting, or insights that reduce manual reporting effort. – Integrate with Google Workspace / Google Drive.
