(1) Vendor needs to provide certified industrial hygienist services to the government authority located in Montgomery, AL.– Initial Response and Site Evaluation– Respond to reported concerns of microbial growth or related IEQ issues.– Conduct site–specific environmental testing and evaluations.– Provide clear, actionable remediation reports and recommendations– Environmental Sampling and Testing– Perform appropriate microbial sampling (e.g., air, surface, bulk) using industry–standard methods– Remediation Reporting(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 13, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year.
