(1) Vendor needs to provide food services to the government authority located in Staunton, VA. • Provide comprehensive food preparation and management services for the inmates and employee staff. • Bagged meals, replacing a normal meal for regular inmates, shall consist of two sandwiches containing luncheon meat, the appropriate condiments (mustard, mayonnaise, etc.), one serving of fruit, either one bag of chips (potato, corn, etc.) or one wrapped cake–like dessert and one 8 oz. fruit juice or fruit flavored drink.• Cold bagged lunches and snack bags• Dairy drink packet at breakfast meal. • Coffee drink packet at breakfast meal.• Breakfast 06:30 a.m. – hot meal• Lunch 11:30 a.m. – hot meal• Dinner 6:30 p.m. – cold meal• Meal schedules may be modified due to the operational needs(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 16, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for five years. (4) A mandatory pre–proposal meeting will be held on November 09, 2026.
