STAFF-17068 - USA (Richmond, Virginia) - Speech Language Pathologist Services - Deadline December 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide speech language pathologist services to the government authority located in Richmond, VA. – Provide services for up to 32 hours every week at agency. • Provide evaluation, assessment, treatment, and ongoing management of offenders/patients with communication, speech, language, cognitive–communication and swallowing–related disorders at agency.• Record a summary of the problems and/or symptoms, the diagnosis or diagnostic hypotheses, treatments, medications, and/or any other appropriate information in each patient's medical chart at the conclusion of every consultation.• Consult with the appropriate facility’s physician provider or health authority regarding care of inmates on an as required basis. • Make referrals to specialists when necessary.• Use on–site office space provided by the facility during scheduled visits.• Utilize the services of health services personnel employed by the facility.• Provide a monthly schedule, in advance, to the facility agency’s health authority/healthcare program manager.• Provide a subcontractor/alternate speech language pathologist for coverage during the provider’s absence.• Provide a copy of the contract to any subcontractor/alternate.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 17, 2026.
