Description
Sealed bids for the “Farmington Police Department Partial Roof Replacement Project” will be accepted by the Town of Farmington at the Finance Department, 20 Monteith Drive, 3rd Floor, Farmington, CT 06032, until 11:00 A.M. local time, on Thursday, June 18, 2026, at which time they will be publicly opened and read aloud. Each BID shall be accompanied by a certified check, bid bond, treasurer’s check or cashier’s check issued by a responsible bank, trust or surety company made payable to the Town of Farmington in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Bidder’s BID. A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on Thursday, June 4, 2026, at 11:00 a.m. at the Police facility, 319 New Britain Avenue, Unionville, CT 06085. See bid specifications for further details. Bids submitted through CT Source will NOT be accepted!
