(1) Vendor needs to provide financial audit services to the government authority located in Santa Fe, NM. – Provide annual audit of the financial statements for the fiscal years ending June 30, 2027; June 30, 2028; June 30, 2029; and June 30, 2030.– Audit of the Financial Statement:• Review of all governmental activities, business type activities and any component units.• Prepare a level of planning materiality and determine major fund calculations.– Financial Statement Preparation:• Statement of net position.• Governmental fund balance sheets.• Statement of fiduciary assets agency funds.– Prepare Other Non–Audit Services:• Preparation and submission of the data collection form to the federal audit clearinghouse.• Response to office of the state auditor draft review comments.– Audit Communication:• Prepare a written and dated engagement letter addressed to appropriate officials of the official start of audit services.• Conduct an entrance conference outlining the overall audit plan.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 15, 2026.
