(1) Vendor needs to provide investigative supervisor training service to the government authority located in Philadelphia, PA. – Provide two training sessions, each consisting of two full days of training, for up to 20 investigative supervisors per sessions (40 total participants).– Training is designed for sergeants and lieutenants who supervise investigative units.– Training content must be researched based and include topics on effective investigative management, applying solvability factors, case reviews, resource allocation including promoting wellness and evaluation of detectives.– Course will strengthen supervisors’ ability to make effective, evidence–informed decisions when managing investigations.– Supervisors will leave with practical strategies to oversee cases, support detective performance, and improve the quality and consistency of investigative work.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 28, 2026.
