(1) Vendor needs to provide nexus and financial study service to the government authority located in Kansas, MO. – Consulting teams to submit proposals to conduct an affordable housing nexus and financial feasibility study.– The selected consultant will evaluate two related but distinct policy areas:– The city’s current affordable housing set–aside payment–in–lieu requirements for qualifying residential projects receiving city incentives; and– Potential residential housing impact fees and non–residential housing linkage fees that could apply more broadly to new development. (2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 24, 2026.
