Graphic Design Platform/Tool

The San Mateo County Human Services Agency (HSA) is responsible for administering federal, state, and county funded programs that protect our most vulnerable residents, provide safety net services, and provide work supports to help families achieve self-sufficiency. Some of the specific branches in HSA are the Children and Family Services (CFS), Economic Self Sufficiency (ESS), SMCWorks (Employment Services), and Center on Homelessness (COH). HSA CFS branch has an increasing need for a modern user-friendly design platform to produce visual communication (including social media) to help improve public engagement, maintain consistent branding, and operate more efficiently. CFS is interested in finding a solution that can: Provide an intuitive interface for creating digital and print-ready designs. Offer a library of templates, assets, and design elements customizable to the organization’s branding. Allow collaboration, sharing, and approval workflows. Ensure data privacy, user management, and compliance with relevant security standards. Integrate with existing systems where applicable (e.g., SSO, DAM, CMS, cloud storage). Support scalability for current and future user needs. This RFI solicitation document is being issued for market research to obtain general information from suppliers about their products, services, and capabilities to assist the Human Services Agency in the development and issuance of a potential future Informal Request for Proposal (RFP). Proposers may be requested to perform product demonstrations.
