(1) Vendor needs to provide record retrieval services to the government authority located in Washington.– Provide record retrieval, management, and documentation production including but limited to the support of the medical malpractice cases handled by the district.– These record retrieval and document production requests will include but are not limited to, medical records, medical billing records and employment records.– Provide record management services in support of medical record, billing record, employment record and other record retrieval requests including quality control, verification of correct record retrieval, records log and tracking, 24/7 access to record(s), dedicated repository space with controlled access, unlimited downloads of record(s) and IT help desk services.
