Description
The intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to obtain the services of a qualified contractor to provide various sand, stone and gravel products to the Loudoun County Solid Waste Management Facility (LCSWMF) on an as needed basis for a one (1) year period. The LCSWMF will be the main user of the services provided under the resulting contract and is located at 21101 Evergreen Mills Road, Leesburg, Virginia 20175. Quantities identified in this IFB are for bid evaluation purposes only. The County estimates spending approximately $150,000 to $200,000 in aggregate per year on Sand, Stone and Gravel Products under this contract but makes no guarantee as to the minimum amount of material to be ordered annually. Reference paragraph 6.3, Section 6.0, Contract Terms and Conditions. Prices for material delivered to the LCSWMF shall include delivery. No additional delivery charges will be allowed. The County anticipates awarding a one (1) year contract with up to three (3) additional one (1) year renewal options.
