Police Patrol Vehicles

The City of Tucson is requesting bids from qualified firms to establish an annual requirements contract for the purchase of police patrol vehicles as per the specifications in the Scope of Work, to be delivered F.O.B. Destination to the City of Tucson, Environmental and General Services Department (EGSD) - Fleet Services Division, 4004 South Park Avenue, Building No.3, Tucson, AZ 85714. The City of Tucson owns a fleet of approximately 1,000 police vehicles and anticipates ordering 20 to 50 vehicles annually. The estimated annual quantity of 20 to 50 ordered vehicles is approximate and does not represent the actual quantity to be ordered. The vehicles listed on the attached Price Page are vehicles that the City anticipates purchasing. The City reserves the right to order different configurations, options, and sizes for each vehicle type. For each Group, the City intends to award to the lowest, most responsive, responsible bidder meeting specifications. However, the City reserves the right to make multiple awards per group if deemed most advantageous to the City. Bidders may bid on one or more Groups.
