(1) Vendor needs to provide subdivision survey services to the government authority located in St. Thomas, VI.• 1. Records Researcho Review and analyze available deeds, plats, prior surveys, easements, rights–ofway,and other relevant property records necessary to determine existingproperty boundaries and property interests affecting the parcel.2. Boundary Surveyo Conduct a boundary survey of Parcel 12A sufficient to establish and verifyexisting property lines, identify and recover boundary monuments wherepossible, and locate visible encroachments, easements, rights–of–way, and otherencumbrances evident from survey records or field observations.3. Subdivision Layouto Locate, measure, and survey the portion of Parcel 12A proposed for subdivisionbased upon the Owner's direction, conceptual parcel layout, or other approvedsubdivision criteria.o Verify that the proposed subdivision configuration meets applicablegovernmental subdivision requirements to the extent determinable throughsurveying services.4. Preparation of Subdivision Plato Prepare a subdivision plat depicting the proposed parcel division, including:– Existing and proposed property boundaries;– Boundary dimensions and bearings;– Parcel acreage or square footage;– Existing and proposed easements and rights–of–way;– Access points;(2) The contract period will be for one year.
