CLOTHING-1219 - USA (Temple, Texas) - Apparel, Accessories and Customized Screen Printing and Embroidery Services - Deadline October 1,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide apparel, accessories and customized screen printing and embroidery services to the government authority located in Temple, TX.1. Vendor(s) shall offer a discount from published catalog prices.2. The vendor(s) must provide an on–line catalog.3. RFP information will be furnished to all campuses. Ordering and direct delivery will involve all locations within Temple Independent School District.4. The percent of discount proposed must remain the same throughout the contract period.5. Temple Independent School District will apply the discount to the total amount of each purchase.6. Custom Vendor(s) must be able to provide customized decoration services, including but not limited to screen printing and embroidery, with sample artwork/proof approval prior to production.7. Custom Vendor(s) should identify standard production turnaround time for decorated (screen–printed/embroidered) items versus blank/undecorated items.– Clothing: Athletic, Casual, Dress, Uniform, Weather and Work Related (Class heading) – Athletic Clothing – Athletic Clothing Accessories – Dresses, Skirts, Blouses – Uniforms, Blended Fabric – Uniforms, Synthetic Fabric , etc.(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.(3) Contact period will be for one year.
