BANKING-9155 - USA (Leesburg, Virginia) - Banking Services Consultant and Cash Management Services - Deadline August 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide banking services consultant and cash management services to the government authority located in Leesburg, VA. – Provide banking services and provide cash management services, including cash flow monitoring, analysis, and forecasting; investment support.– Assist the agency in developing and conducting a Request for Proposal (RFP) for banking services, including analyzing and reporting on the proposals, and assist the Town with negotiations to pricing and services to an RFP evaluation committee comprised of agency Staff.– Provide ongoing cash and investment management services across all Town financial institutions investment level recommendations on a quarterly basis, including a secure online portal for cash management dashboards consisting of cash flow forecasting, investment maturities, and balances.– Provide ongoing support in soliciting and evaluating investment quotes from qualified financial institutions on behalf of the agency on an as–needed basis.– Contractor must demonstrate compliance with industry–leading cybersecurity standards and best practices to ensure confidentiality, integrity and availability of data.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 6, 2026.
