2026-37 CFD Technical Rescue Equipment Package

PURPOSE AND SCOPE: The City of Charleston, WV (the City) is soliciting quotes for a one-time purchase of a complete Technical Rescue Equipment Package for use by the Charleston Fire Department (CFD). All equipment shall be supplied new, complete, and ready for emergency service use. This procurement is funded in whole or in part by a FEMA Homeland Security Grant Program (HSGP) grant and is subject to all applicable federal requirements. All equipment supplied under this solicitation must be compatible and interoperable with federal FEMA Urban Search and Rescue (USAR) teams, consistent with the 2025 FEMA Approved Rescue Equipment Cache List (Type I). The full FEMA USAR approved equipment list is included as Exhibit A to this solicitation.
