(1) Vendor needs to provide 24x7x365 911 emergency call handling and fire dispatch services. • Operate a 24/7/365 emergency call center that is scalable to population growth and serves as the initial, direct contact point for fire dispatch and emergency 911 calls.• Receive all emergency (911) calls originating from the City’s service area 24/7/365. Calls may include to requests for fire dispatch, medical assistance, calls regarding motor vehicle collisions and other emergencies.• Compatibility of other Software/Programs such as the Records Management System (RMS) used in support of current dispatch operation(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 15, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for five years.
