(1) Vendor needs to provide appraisal services to the government authority located in East Hampton, NY.– Determine the reasonable market value of a parcel of land containing 3 acres or more.– Parcels should also be used to establish the value provided adjustments are made to account for restrictions, agricultural reserves, alienated development rights, nature preserves, etc.– Appraised value must represent the range of the per acre value as if each acre is unencumbered by land use restrictions.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.
