(1) Vendor needs to provide emergency notification system.• All communications will be branded according to standards including fonts, colors, and other custom styling.• System integration with existing mass notification system.• Free and instantaneous opt–in registration for users via PC, mobile, or Braille devices including registration by SMS.• Supporting a customized portal for residents to register for products.• Website must support a dynamic catalog of HD–quality videos designed to provide information and support to the sensory disabled community, including videos not created by the vendor.• Websites must support accessible interaction with screen readers, Braille displays, high contrast modes, and screen magnifiers.• The system shall store personally identifiable information in an encrypted form.• The system shall regularly backup data.• The system shall employ intrusion detection techniques to protect data and users.• The system shall be scalable and have the capability for an unlimited number of internal users and external subscribers.• The system shall be able to notify recipients simultaneously through various notification methods.• The system shall have a component for hybrid deployment: service continuity and support during emergencies(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 16, 2026.(3) A contract period will be for one year.
