(1) Vendor needs to provide construction manager at risk services to the government authority located in Marlborough, MA.– Project consists of a three–story building comprised of 161,800 g.s.f., plus additional undevelopedarea where the proposed building foundations are integrated into the sloping landscape.– Project will require significant planning and coordination of construction activities, school operations, site logistics, safety measures, and stakeholder communications.– Responsible for managing activities associated with this parcel, including restoration upon completion of the project and coordination with the owner regarding operational impacts.(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on July 13, 2026.
