CLEANING-13755 - USA (Greenfield, Massachusetts) - Transit Center Hydronic System Cleaning and Glycol Replacement Services - Deadline September 21,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide transit center hydronic system cleaning and glycol replacement services to the government authority located in Greenfield, MA.– Project consists of draining/pumping out the existing propylene glycol from the three individual hydronic systems; heating, geothermal and the water–to–water heat pump system. Flushing and cleaning of all three systems. Pump/install new propylene glycol (30% solution) back into all three systems.• Removal of existing glycol from all three systems and make up tanks• Flushing/cleaning of all three systems• Removal/disposal of flush water and cleaning agent• Installation of new propylene glycol at 30% solution to all three systems and make up tanks(2) All question must be submitted no later than September 11, 2026.
