LEGAL-18209 - USA (Berkeley Heights, New Jersey) - Tax Attorney Services - Deadline October 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide tax attorney services to the government authority located in Berkeley Heights, NJ.– Tax Attorney services shall include, but not be limited to:– on an as needed basis prepares, reviews and opinions on tax related projects– assists in reviews and updates of official statements associated with all tax matters– provide legal advice and assistance to the governing body and the Tax Assessor– provides advice on legal and financial matters to ensure Township's fiscal strengths– perform all other tasks as required by the Township Tax Assessor; and– attend meetings when requested.(2) The contract period will be for one year.
