(1) Vendor needs to provide wide area network leased lit fiber ethernet and internet services to the schools, healthcare sites, libraries, and state network backbone locations to the government authority located in Salt Lake, UT.– Network and Technical Compliance: – Vendors must explain how these services will effectively deliver network applications to the end locations (IP video, both low–data–rate and high–data rate, Voiceover– IP (VOIP), Internet–based apps multicast, large data transfers, IPv6, etc.).(2) All question must be submitted no later than October 7, 2026.
