WATER-0958 - USA (Macon, Alabama) - Water Treatment, Chemical Management, and Water System Services - Deadline July 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide water treatment, chemical management, and water system services to the government authority located in Macon, AL. • Maintain all licenses, permits, certifications, and regulatory approvals required for performance of the work, including business licenses, water treatment certifications, OSHA training, and applicable professional credentials• Dispose of all chemical containers, spent chemical packaging, laboratory waste, regulated materials, and other waste products at properly permitted disposal facilities in accordance with RCRA, EPA regulations, Alabama environmental regulations, and applicable laws• Maintain all contractor–provided equipment in safe, calibrated, clean, and fully operational condition• Perform services in accordance with approved maintenance schedules, treatment priorities, Water Management Plans, manufacturer recommendations, and service requirements established by agency• Provide pre–event water system verification support for graduation, homecoming, athletic events, and other significant University events when requested• Submit all required monthly reports, water testing data, Water Management Plan updates, condition assessments, laboratory reports, and related documentation in a timely manner• Provide chemical consumption records, SDS documentation, disposal manifests, laboratory reports, and waste documentation upon request from agency• Exercise reasonable care to protect agency property, including buildings, mechanical systems, piping systems, controls, electrical systems, plumbing infrastructure, and surrounding areas during all operations(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 24, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for one year. (4) Mandatory pre–bid meeting will be held on July 23, 2026.
