(1) Vendor needs to provide elections systems support and project coordination temporary staffing service to the government authority located in Las Vegas, NV. – Provide temporary, high–skill, staffing resources for the 2026 general election cycle. – These resources will primarily support critical IT infrastructure, including hardware deployment, software troubleshooting, and network connectivity, essential to conduct the election.– Assigned personnel will travel to various voting sites throughout agency to provide on–site technical support and troubleshooting.• IT support technician:– Agency requires a minimum of 40 personnel positions.– Perform imaging, testing, and deployment of iPads, laptops, and workstations at the agency warehouse and designated voting sites– Test all hardware and software applications to ensure functional readiness before field deployment.– Provide on–site support for connectivity, hardware failure, and application errors related to electronic poll books.– Operate agency–provided vehicles to mobilize between voting sites as–needed.– Transition to non–IT support roles (Mail Ballot processing, Signature Verification, Tabulation) as operational volume dictates.• Project coordinator:– Agency requires a minimum of 3 personnel positions.– Create and manage complex shift schedules for 40+ IT staffing resources across multiple locations.– Scale staffing resources immediately in response to high voter turnout, emergency site moves, or potential recounts.– Manage staffing resource replacements for no–shows or underperformance within a 2–hour timeframe.– Maintain digital issue logs and procedural documentation for agency leadership.– Facilitate all internal communication among IT resources and serve as the primary point of contact between field resources and agency leadership to ensure information flow and clear direction.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on July 29, 2026.
