CLEANING-14208 - USA (Lawrence, Kansas) - Snow Removal Services - Deadline November 6,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide on call snow removal services to the government authority located in Lawrence, KS. – Provide on–call snow and ice removal services for agency–owned streets, parking lots, sidewalks, building entrances, loading docks, emergency access routes and other designated areas when agency crews are unavailable, have exceeded allowable work hours under collective bargaining agreements or when supplemental resources are needed during significant weather events. • Snow plowing of parking lots and roadways• Snow blowing and removal from sidewalks, stairs, and pedestrian pathways• Deicing services using salt, sand, brine, or approved deicing materials• Snow hauling and off–site disposal when directed• Clearing ADA–accessible routes and building entrances• Emergency snow and ice response during storms• Post–storm clean up and widening of travel lanes• Removal of drifting snow and refreezing hazards(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 22, 2026. (3) The contract period will be for three years. (4) Pre–bid conference will be held on October 30, 2026.
