ESTATE-11918 - USA (Los Angeles, California) - Real Estate Information Services - Deadline September 29,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide real estate information services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.1. Online Real Estate and Property Ownership Reports- Manage (add, modify, and remove) 60 regular user accounts and licenses, with an option to add regular users in addition to the initial 60 users, as well as the option to provide temporary/seasonal user access to online real estate reports for specified City properties.- Temporary/Seasonal Licenses: The Contractor shall provide an option to add temporary user licenses to support time–limited staffing needs- Provide real–estate reports to include, but not be limited to:– Records of Sales and Ownership, including sale and purchase dates, recorded sale dates of properties,– 3rd–Party Sale Ownership Change events with Documentary Transfer Tax (non–intraparty transfers, legitimate 3rd Party Sales).- Inclusion of the Assessor Parcel Number (APN), as well as the recorder's official document number for all recordings on the property, past and present.2. Large Real Estate and Ownership Data Set• Data Scope: Provide a full match and append on the data file of APN records including current owner name, full mailing addresses.• Historical Depth: Provide historical data and records of ownership information, changes of ownership3. Data File of Foreclosure Actions• Data Scope: The Contractor will provide a data file defining all foreclosure actions occurring on any property in the City• Public Facing Data: Specific fields, including APN, Site Address, Recording Date, Document Number.4. Data File of Assignments, Releases, and Modifications5. Data Delivery Standards and Ad–Hoc Services(2) A mandatory proposer conferences will be held on August 27, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than September 14, 2026.(4) Contact term will be for five years.
