ANIM-9860 - USA (Colorado) - Citywide Sign Inventory, Assessment, Rationalization, and Implementation Services - Deadline November 9,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide citywide sign inventory, assessment, rationalization, and implementation services. – Consultant to make a recommendation to city staff to help determine whether the city should keep, remove, replace, relocate, redesign, or consolidate each city–owned sign panel.– We would also like the consultant to make recommendations for where safety signs are needed, including but not limited to speed limits, trail safety concerning e–bikes and e–motos, please announce when passing, dangerous corners, stop signs, etc.– Consultant will create, and provide staff with, a single GIS record per sign, including:– Location: GPS coordinates + street/trail/park.– Photos: Current photo of sign and surrounding context.– Category: Traffic, parking, safety, parks/recreation, trails, wayfinding, public information/City facilities, unhoused/public–space, facility, etc.– Visibility: Obstructed, faded, damaged, too small, etc.– Retro reflectivity: Where applicable.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 27, 2026.(3) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 14, 2026.
