Vendor needs to provide aviation system plan services to the government authority located in Alaska.– Aviation system planning process is to examine the existing aviation system, update inventory information, analyze future trends and policy issues, and determine the type, extent, location, timing, and cost of airport development needs in the state.– Project Management and Planning Lead– Civil Engineering– Economic Impact Update Lead– Updating the statewide economic impact on the rural and international airport systems.– Systemwide assessment to identify and address gaps in data, tools, and analytical capabilities that limit effective planning, performance evaluation, and investment decision–making across airport system.– Conduct a comprehensive review of the digital environment, including the public website, internal database tools, reporting functions, and overall system usability, to identify opportunities to improve accessibility, user experience, training, reporting, and long–term functionality.– Minor web improvements, inventory data, and report updates.– Evaluate current airport data formats and develop a plan for standardizing and converting critical datasets (e.g., airport boundaries, imaginary surfaces, lease lot linework, etc.) into GIS–compatible formats.– Runway extension planning and implementation framework.– GIS mapping.– International airport system economic impact update.
