(1) Vendor needs to provide LinkedIn online learning platform.• The acquisition of LinkedIn Learning for Government: Learning Enterprise Program and integration with SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS) will significantly increase training opportunities by providing access to over 25,000 courses for developing business, creative, and technology skills. Implementation of this comprehensive learning platform will provide insight to guide, develop, connect, and measure skills to support business priorities and career development.• The integrated platform will enable personalized learning, contribute to improved talent retention, and support alignment with organizational business goals through data–driven skill advancement.• The LinkedIn Learning Career Hub platform offers access to over 24,000 courses across Business, Technology, and Creative fields, with continuous additions to address evolving workforce demands.• Configure and enable SuccessFactors LMS integration, supporting API–based content delivery and completion tracking• Provide comprehensive technical support for the integration with SuccessFactors LMS, including initial data mapping, troubleshooting, and ongoing support for both the integration and the LinkedIn Learning platform for the life of the contract• Enable users access to:o Over 24,000 course updated to reflect market skill demandso 700+ pre–built Learning Paths and tools for custom pathwayso Certification practice exams in IT, project management, and other disciplineso CEU opportunities from recognized partnerso Specialized content in cybersecurity, leadership, Microsoft 365, and management(2) The contract period will be for one year.
