(1) Vendor needs to provide general real estate and oyster lease appraisal services to the government authority located in Baton Rouge, LA. – Providing appraisals of privately owned real property and oyster leases throughout the coastal parishes.– Provide the contractor a legal description and, in some cases, a plat or map of the requested appraisal tract.– Provide the contractor a copy of the oyster lease at the time of assignment.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on September 29, 2026.
