Vendor needs to provide video production service.– Plan and conceptualize video content• Collaborate with Organization to develop a creative concept, storyboard and script outline for the main campaign video and social media clips.• Define the visual tone, use of motion graphics, subtitles, and any voice–over need.• Identify opportunities to incorporate existing footage, volunteer testimonials, event coverage and branded visuals.– Produce a main campaign video (1.5–2 minutes)– Edit a high–quality video combining:• Interviews or voice–overs (provided or newly recorded)• Motion graphics and animations aligned with the campaign branding• Relevant photos and footage provided by Organization or partners – Create short–form social media videos• Produce 4–6 short videos (30–60 seconds each) for X, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and Facebook.• Include animated elements (e.g. intro/outro overlays) using visual assets provided by Organization.• Adapt dimensions for vertical, horizontal, and square formats where needed.
