WATER-1038 - USA (McDonough, Georgia) - Drainage Improvements Service - Deadline November 25,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide drainage improvements service to the government authority located in McDonough, GA.• Project Requirements:1. Pipe material, size length, and location are to be confirmed prior to bid submittal2. The contractor is responsible for locating all underground utilities.3. Bids must include all materials, labor, and equipment necessary to deliver a complete and functional project.4. If applicable, it shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to furnish suitable borrow material for the project and dispose of any unsuitable material. It shall be the Contractor’s responsibility to dispose of any excessive suitable material. No additional payment will be made to dispose of excessive suitable material.5. Debris from clearing and grubbing and demolition operations will not be disposed of on site. It is the responsibility of the contractor to provide for disposal of all unsuitable material. No additional payment will be made for hauling and disposing of debris.6. Final topping for each crossing shall be agency7. All work must comply with agency8. Traffic control devices and road closures will be coordinated and provided by agency 9. It shall be the responsibility of the contractor to “replace–in–kind” all property disturbed outside of the construction limits.10. Compaction testing will be the responsibility of the contractor. Contractor will need to submit a final compaction report/compaction certification letter from a agency pre–qualified firm.(2) The contract period will be for one year.(3) All the questions must be submitted no later than November 12, 2026.
