(1) Vendor needs to provide cloud–hosted flight information display system. – Provide implementation, and ongoing support of a Flight Information Display System (FIDS) for use throughout the airport terminal.– Providing a robust, secure, scalable, and airport–proven FIDS solution that supports current operations and accommodates planned terminal expansion where the existing 5–gate terminal will be expanded to 10 gates.– Accurate, real–time dissemination of flight, gate, and baggage information.– Scalability to support future terminal expansion and airline growth.– Authorized airport staff and airline representatives must be able to manually update flight status, gate assignments, and baggage information in real time.– Centralized, web–based management interface.– Customizable layouts, fonts, color schemes, and airport branding to match city’s style guide.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than August 5, 2026.
