(1) Vendor needs to provide architectural and design professional services to the government authority located in Portland, CT. – Architect and its design team include comprehensive school building project planning, architectural, engineering and other design professional, construction professional and consultant services, construction oversight and administration services, and other professional services.– Architect includes, generally, and without limitation: preparation of schematic design documents, outline specifications, design development documents; preparation of detailed design, plans, specifications, and other necessary construction documents.– High–quality academic spaces that support instruction and student services.– Energy–efficient building design.– Design development phase.– Construction phase services.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than October 06, 2026.
