(1) Vendor needs to provide used tire collection and recycling services to the government authority located in Dorchester, SC. – Provide collection, transportation, recycling, processing, and beneficial reuse services for used tires collected through the county's residential convenience site program.– Reduce the operational costs associated with managing used tires, maximize recycling and beneficial reuse, reduce reliance on landfill disposal, and preserve landfill capacity.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 15, 2026.
