(1) Vendor needs to provide municipal advisor services for bond financing to the government authority located in Burbank, CA. – The City’s fiscal year begins on July 1 and ends on June 30. – To provide municipal advisory and related financial consulting services in support of the City’s debt issuance for this project, in addition to ongoing debt management support and assistance with long–term capital planning and financing needs.– The successful firm will provide independent financial advice, analysis, and recommendations to assist the City in evaluating financing alternatives, structuring transactions, managing debt obligations, and making informed financial decisions consistent with the City’s fiscal objectives.– Independent municipal advisory services related to the anticipated issuance of approximately $150 million in lease revenue bonds.– Fixed–Fee Services – Initial Bond Issuance and 3 years of support– Additional Services – Hourly, Only When Authorized– Optional Ongoing Advisory Retainer – Recurring Services(2) All questions must be submitted no later than November 2, 2026.
