CLEANING-12916 - USA (Asheville, North Carolina) - Student Life Housekeeping Services - Deadline July 3,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide student life housekeeping services to the government authority located in Asheville, NC.• General cleaning seven days per week from 7:00 AM – 11:00 PM Monday – Friday and 9:00 AM – 11:00 PM on Saturday and Sunday.• This includes trash/recycling removal from building, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, dusting, disinfecting surfaces, restroom cleaning, and all other activities associated with standard janitorial or cleaning services.• Occasional/seasonal deep cleaning projects will be needed for vents, ledges, floors, carpets, etc.(2) A mandatory site–visit will be held on July 13, 2026.(3) All question must be submitted no later than July 20, 2026.(4) A contract period will be for three years.
