DRA-11502 - USA (Jonesboro, Arkansas) - Mosquito Control Feasibility Study Service - Deadline September 30,2026

(1) Vendor needs to provide mosquito control feasibility study service to the government authority located in Jonesboro, AR. – Conduct a comprehensive feasibility study for mosquito control. – The study will assess mosquito populations and disease risk, evaluate land–use impacts and provide costed recommendations for potential control strategies.• Mosquito surveillance:– Design and implement a mosquito surveillance program covering representative areas in the city and outskirts.– Deploy CDC light traps, gravid traps, and/or BG–Sentinel traps to collect samples.• Mapping and land–use analysis:– Develop GIS–based maps of the agency and surrounding outskirts.– Classify land use such as: Agricultural zones, residential neighborhoods, commercial and industrial areas, parks and recreational areas and wetlands, drainage systems, and flood–prone areas• Feasibility assessment:– Evaluate potential operational structures: In–house agency–run program, contracted service model and hybrid approaches.– Estimate capital and operating costs, including equipment, insecticides/larvicides, vehicles, facilities, staffing, and training.• Reporting: Provide interim data updates during mosquito season.– Deliver a final report summarizing: Surveillance results and trends, GIS maps with land–use overlays, feasibility analysis, program structure options with cost estimates and implementation roadmap.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than September 30, 2026.
