(1) Vendor needs to provide web–based airport noise monitoring system.– Provide a fully hosted, web–based airport noise and operation monitoring system for municipal airport, including all necessary software, hardware, installation, upgrades, maintenance, support, training, and related services. – Provide software capable of identifying aircraft noise violations, curfew violations, training violations, early turns, and other applicable violations.– System should be capable of correlating: Noise event – aircraft – flight track – time – location – operation.– Provide system monitoring, diagnostics, maintenance, and technical support.– Identification and documentation of touch–and–go and stop–and–go operations.– Maintain accurate, reliable, secure, and auditable records of aircraft operations, noise events, complaints, and violations.– Automatically populated complaint and violation logs.– Migrate historical noise, aircraft, complaint, violation, hearing and enforcement data.– System shall provide a user–friendly, mobile–accessible public complaint system.– Public noise and flight tracking.– Maintain noise monitoring equipment, data feeds, system performance, and data integrity.(2) All questions must be submitted no later than October 5, 2026.(3) The contract period will be for three years.
