(1) Vendor needs to provide alcoholic beverage concessionaire services for festivals and special events to the government authority located in Richardson, TX.– Procurement, transportation, setup, operation, maintenance, and removal of all equipment, furnishings, and other items necessary to operate the alcoholic beverage concession areas;– Recruitment, staffing, training, supervision, and management of all personnel required for alcoholic beverage concession operations;– Procurement, transportation, storage, and sale of alcoholic beverages and related products approved by the city– A proposed menu price list for all beverages (beer, wine, spirits, and non–alcoholic options).(2) A pre–bid meeting will be held on October 27, 2026.(3) All questions must be submitted no later than October 30, 2026.(4) The contract period will be for one year.
