(1) Vendor needs to provide corporate benchmarking services to the government authority located in Los Angeles, CA.         – Establishing a dedicated corporate benchmarking function designed to strengthen enterprise‑wide performance insight.– Data and analytics service providers offering platforms, application programming interfaces (APIs), or tools for accessing and analyzing benchmarking datasets.– Provide information related to corporate benchmarking services, including other current and commercially available technologies collectively referred.– Consultant capabilities to support the design and implementation of benchmarking methodologies, develop both ad hoc and recurring benchmark studies, and provision access to established benchmarking datasets, indices, and underlying source data.– Professional associations that manage utility benchmarking surveys.(2) All the questions must be submitted no later than July 31, 2026.
