(1) Vendor needs to provide housing inspector service to the government authority located in Baltimore, MD. • Housing first is an evidence–based approach to ending homelessness that prioritizes immediate access to permanent housing without treatment, sobriety, or other participation requirements.• Program serves eligible City adults ages 18 and older who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness and have a diagnosed mental health disorder or co–occurring mental health and substance use disorder.• Conduct and document all initial move–in inspections within five business days after receiving a request from the referring housing first provider of the new housing unit• Conduct and document an annual inspection for each consumer enrolled in the Housing First Program.(2) Pre–bid meeting will be held on October 19, 2026.
