E-RFP #26-037 - Turnkey Energy Efficiency Project

The County of Fresno, General Services Department, Facility Services Division (GSD-Facility Services) invites all pre-qualified Energy Services Companies (ESCOs) to submit their recommended comprehensive turnkey energy project(s) to deliver targeted energy efficiencies, renewable energy, and or infrastructure modernization services at three distinct County facilities located at the County of Fresno, Clovis Campus – Building Six; Plaza Building; and Juvenile Justice Campus. This bidding opportunity is only available to County Master Agreement Qualified List of Energy Services Companies as previously established through County Request for Statement of Qualification RFSQ 24-069 process. All shortlisted ESCOs have previously demonstrated their experience, expertise, technical capabilities, and possessed all mandatory licenses to fully provide turnkey energy services, including comprehensive energy audits, savings analysis, project recommendations, design, construction, and financing of asset improvements, of medium to large scale renewable energy project(s). PROPOSALS RECEIVED BY VENDORS NOT INCLUDED IN CONTRACT P-25-016 WILL NOT BE REVIEWED.
