Frinchez Heights Stormwater Improvements - ARPA

The project consists of drainage system improvements in the Frichez Height platted area. The project will re-establish or improve ditch geometry for approximately 800 feet along Sabra Drive and approximately 1400 feet along Atwood Drive right-of-way. The majority of ditch limits will include the installation of concrete ditch bottoms according to the plan typical sections. In-line stormwater treatment and a sand chimney will be included along a portion of the Atwood Drive ditch. An existing driveway and side drain along the Atwood Drive ditch at the Hilburn Road intersection will be replaced and will include a segment of 60-inch stormwater pipe. A segment of water main along the Atwood Drive ditch is expected to be impacted and relocation is included in the work. Other project elements include concrete driveway construction, drainage pipe end removal & end treatments, pipe sediment removal, earthwork, sodding, and erosion control according to the County specifications and plans
